Return & Refund Policy

At apparelface Caribe S.A., we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the procedures and conditions for cancellations, returns, and refunds. Please read this document carefully before initiating any return or refund request.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to our customer service team. We cannot accept cancellation requests by phone. Refunds for canceled orders typically appear in your account within 5-7 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing time.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are not in their original condition may be rejected or subject to a partial refund at our discretion.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be processed. You are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. The exact timing depends on your payment provider's policies. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.

For purchases made with gift cards or store credit, refunds will be issued in the form of store credit. Partial refunds may be granted in cases where returned items do not meet our return policy requirements.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as some institutions require additional processing time. If you've confirmed with your financial institution that the refund has not been processed, please contact our customer service team with your order details. We will investigate the matter and provide you with a resolution within 3-5 business days.

For payments made via third-party processors (e.g., PayPal), please check your account directly with the payment provider before contacting us, as refund processing times may vary by platform.
